All reservations are guaranteed and prepaid. If the
reserved room dates are within 60 days, full payment is required when making the
reservation. If it is more then 60 days, one night is due when making the reservation.
If the reservation is for longer then 3 nights, one-third of the total
tariff is due. The
balance is due 30 days prior to the reserved arrival date.
The guaranteed reservation obligates both the accommodations and the
guests for the entire reserved period. In the event of early departure, the guests are
responsible for the remainder of the reserved dates unless the room is re-rented.
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. We,
therefore, adhere to a strict policy:
Cancellation refunds require
notification at least 20 days prior to the reserved arrival date the full
amount paid will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee.
However, a cancellation made within 20 days of your arrival date,
regardless of the reason, will result in the forfeiture of your total
tariff unless we are able to rent the room for you, in which case a full
refund less the $50 fee, will be made.
(If you are unable to fulfill your reservation, you may send someone in
your place). A reservation is not transferable to another date.
Tariffs are based on a single or
double occupancy and are subject to a 9% state and local tax. Gratuities are not billed
and are entirely on the sole discretion of the guest.
Weekends require a 2 night minimum and long holiday weekends require a
3 night minimum unless shorter periods are available.
We accept reservations for a
specific room, but reserve the right to change the room to a similar or
higher priced room.
Because the Inn and Garden House are not suited for children, families
are referred to our cottages.
Cigarettes
are limited to the outside
areas; please no pipes or
cigars.
Pets are not allowed on the property at anytime.
